Flaxby mattresses

Our Flaxby mattresses are each built on the unique DNAir spring system for support that moves with you, including the luxuiorus pillow-top mattresses in the range. Find Flaxby mattresses in all UK sizes from single to super king and emperor, plus split tension if you and your partner have different sleep preferences.

What are Flaxby mattresses made from?

Flaxby mattresses are made using mostly natural materials. They are crafted using British wool, Yorkshire hemp and cashmere instead of foam or glue, so they breathe better and wick away moisture while you sleep. The DNAir pocket springs are wire-wound by hand, not machine-made, which is what gives Flaxby mattresses their shape-hugging support.

Flaxby beds

Flaxby beds come as divan bases or bed frames, built on the same Yorkshire factory floor as the mattresses. Our Flaxby divans offer soft-close storage drawers if you're short on space, all upholstered in your choice of fabric. Find sizes from single to super king, and every base holds up to 2000 pocket springs for extra support underneath your mattress.

Flaxby headboards

Every Flaxby headboard is hand-built to match your bed, in a choice of three designs, from classic wing shapes to something a little more sculptural. Choose from options upholstered in the same fabric range as your mattress and divan, for a proper matching set. Flaxby headboards are sold separately too, so you can update your bedroom look without buying a whole new bed.

Flaxby pillows

Flaxby pillows are filled with the same natural fibres as the mattresses, including wool, hemp and cashmere blends, chosen for their breathability. Softer and firmer options are available, allowing you to tailor your comfort to match your unique sleeping position and preferences.

Flaxby mattress protectors

Complete the set with a Flaxby mattress protector, made from the same natural, breathable fabrics used across the collection. A Flaxby mattress protector helps keep your new mattress clean and dry without trapping heat the way some synthetic covers do.

Are Flaxby beds and mattresses sustainable?

Yes, Flaxby mattresses are foam-free, glue-free and free from flame-resistant chemical treatments, made instead with British wool, Yorkshire hemp and flax grown on Harrison Spinks' own farm. Every mattress is designed to be recycled at the end of its life, with old springs and fillings reused in new ones.

Do Dreams Flaxby mattresses come with a guarantee?

Yes. Every Dreams Flaxby mattress comes with a manufacturer guarantee, as well as our Dreams 100-night guarantee, so you can buy with confidence, whichever collection you go for. Check the product page for exact terms, or explore our 100-night guarantee page for more information.
